Galentine’s Day is on February 13th and I am ready to celebrate. This day celebrates the beauty, importance and strength of female friendship. I love the idea of honoring the wonderful women in my life. These are the ones who make me laugh, offer an ear when I need one and continuously provide advice, support and the truth on the reg. Galentine’s Day is also a wonderful opportunity to practice some serious self-love. I am learning (after 44 years) to love on myself a little more and trying to appreciate the woman staring back at me in the mirror.

TRUTH. This Amazon find was one of the biggest hits of my holiday gift giving journey. Everyone from my 8-year-old son to my Pilates trainer was obsessed. IMO, there is nothing better than getting my hair washed at a salon. I would easily fork over $20 for a 10 minute wash, the harder the better. I keep this pretty little spiky pink tool in my shower and use it to give myself an indulgent hair wash whenever I am taking an “Everything Shower”. I am def gifting this to my besties and know they will be instant devotees.
Okay, these clips are adorable. They are also incredibly useful. There is nothing I hate more than getting my hair wet when I wash my face or goopy when I am applying my night cream and some strands get caught. I also might get them for my 7-year-old goddaughter who is pink-obsessed.
