Enjoy the last few weeks of your sundresses and flip flops because fall is fast approaching! While some people get the September scaries when coats and sweaters hit the stores, we are embracing fall fashion in full force. Here are some of the season’s biggest trends that you will be seeing everywhere.

Corduroy Calling

Texture is huge for fall and corduroy fits the bill. This season’s corduroy reads more 1970’s Bohemian Cali than New England prep-school and comes in rich, elevated hues. We’re seeing it rendered in pants, jackets and even accessories.

Denim Do: The Wider Leg Jean
Put your skinny jeans in storage because this season’s must-have denim has a wider silhouette. Details like cargo pockets and carpenter patches and loops are everywhere and rises run the gamut from super high to low slung.

Put It In Neutral
Latte. Cream. Chocolate. These luxe shades define the fall palette. Camel, olive and black are still a presence, but these coffee bar colors take center stage.

The Statement Flat
Flats, specifically ballerinas, are a must-have this season. The more detailed, the better. Go for color, embellishment and unexpected elements. There are a million variations out there so go ahead and buy them in multiples.

Blaze(r) A Trail

Blazers are an IT piece and the options are endless. Layer them over everything and pair with skirts, jeans, trousers, etc. Try a structured plaid, a relaxed pinstripe or one in a ladylike bouclé.
