Can you tell us more about the inspiration behind Subtle Haus and what sets it apart from other creator spaces?
Subtle Haus was inspired by my own experiences working in creative environments and my desire to recreate that sense of community and access to high-end resources for others. After working in a creative advertising agency, I missed the amenities and collaborative spirit of that environment when I went freelance. I wanted to provide a space that offers not only a dynamic and inspiring workspace but also high-quality resources like photography studios and sound equipment that would be cost-prohibitive to rent individually. What sets Subtle Haus apart is its unique blend of a workspace, studio space, and membership club, creating a one-of-a-kind environment tailored specifically for creative professionals.
How has your experience on The Bachelor and your journey as a TikTok influencer influenced your approach to building and growing Subtle Haus?
Being on the show can catapult you into this world of content creation-if you want it to and know how to harness it. Given my creative background, I was able to swiftly channel my storytelling and content creation skills to maximize this opportunity. While I believe I would have eventually become a content creator regardless, the show ignited a newfound drive within me to elevate the quality of my work.
As a TikTok influencer, I’ve refined my ability to connect with audiences and understand what truly resonates with them. These insights have been instrumental in shaping Subtle Haus—guiding everything from its design and offerings to our engagement with members and our promotional strategies.
You recently raised money for the Chicago Women’s Shelter through Subtle Haus. What motivated you to support this cause, and how do you envision Subtle Haus making a difference in the community?
Supporting the Chicago Women’s Shelter was a natural choice for me, given my background and my mother’s work in non-profits. The idea for the closet sale event came from our community, and I saw it as a wonderful opportunity to combine giving back with a fun, engaging event. By channeling the proceeds to the shelter, we aimed to provide much-needed support to women and children in need while also bringing people into our space. I envision Subtle Haus continuing to host community-driven events that make a positive impact and support local causes.
What are your top summer must-haves in fashion, makeup, and interior design that you think everyone should know about?

Our relationship has grown stronger since moving in together. Living together has given us the opportunity to understand each other on a deeper level and to navigate everyday life as a team. It’s like a permanent sleepover with your best friend!
Communication is key to maintaining a healthy partnership—being open and honest with each other helps us address any challenges that arise. We also focus on supporting each other’s goals. With me opening my business, Subtle Haus, this year, Chris has been not only my cheerleader but also a hands-on helper, assisting with so much without me having to ask. He really shows up for me and loves watching me do my thing.
